Ingredients:

Hey guys, let see what the ingredients need to make tomato soup.

  1. Tomato - 2
  2. Onion - 1
  3. Butter - 1 tablespoon
  4. Garlic - 2
  5. Black pepper - 15
  6. Bread - 1
You can make 2 cups of soup by these ingredients.

Steps:


  • First cut the tomato, onion and garlic into pieces
  • Take a pan and switch on fire
  • Pour pieces of onion and garlic with 1 spoon of butter and fry.
  • After few seconds pour the pieces of tomato and pepper.
  • Add 200ml of water and wait for 5 minutes to cook.
  • After 5 minutes check whether it is cooked or not. If cooked, filter it to remove the water and make it as paste through electronic mixer.
  • After that filter the paste, you can get watery substance. Add the filtered water within this.
  • Now again pour it on the pan and switch on the fire.
  • Add 1 spoon of corn flour, and small amount of salt. Wait to get boil, after boiling add 1 spoon of fresh cream. Switch off the fire.
  • Now take a bread and cut it into the small cubes.
  • Take another pan and pour some oil to fry the bread, after fry it out from the pan.
  • Now put the fried pieces of bread into the soup.
  • That's all the restaurant style tomato soup is ready, now serve the tasty tomato soup.
